Our scrambled eggs are lightly seasoned with salt and pepper and cooked in a skillet until they are fluffy and light. Our poached eggs feature a runny yolk that is slowly cooked in broth until it firms up. And our fried eggs are golden brown and perfectly crispy, made with 100% pure organic oil. Our fresh salad features mixed greens, diced tomatoes, red onion, and crumbled cheese, all tossed in a vinaigrette made from olive oil, vinegar, and spices.
